What is your Return Policy?

14 days to Return?

If you aren’t satisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive, you may initiate a Return Request within 14 days from the date of the item’s arrival. All return requests aresubject for evaluation and our friendly Customer Service will be glad to guide you through it.

Note:

Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered to be eligible for returns/exchanges.

1.We don’t offer Free Return Shipping nor do we provide refunds for any fees that may result from shipping a Return.

To ensure that your Return is valid and eligible for a refund:

1.Always process a return in accordance with our Return procedure

2.Be sure to provide the tracking number as soon as you ship your return

Looking to Exchange?

Should you wish to Exchange an item you received due to issues with its’ Size or Quality, this can be arranged by simply following our Return procedures and specifying “Exchange”as your “Desired Resolution”.

Do note that Exchanges are an alternative resolution for Returns and are bound by the same guidelines and limitations.

2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours.

3. Please return the item according to our instructions and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.

4. If you are going to return the item, the customers need to pay the shipping payment. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund within 14 days.
