What is your Return Policy?

14 days to Return?

If you aren’t satisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive (except the Non-Returnable items), you may initiate a Return Request within 14 days from the date of the item’s arrival. All return requests are subject for evaluation and our friendly Customer Service will be glad to guide you through it.

Returnable Items:

Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 14 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:

1. Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.

2. Items received in the incorrect size/color.


-Contact our Support Center as soon as possible if you come across any of the above situations.

-If for any reason you decide you no longer want the item. You can report it to us within 14 days of receiving it for a partial refund of the item cost.


Non-Returnable Items:

We will not accept returns in the following conditions:

1. Items outside the 14 days warranty time-frame.

2. Washed, worn, used, or misused items.

3. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchange on Swimwear, Lingerie unless the items are visibly defective.


Returns Process:

Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays: 

1. If your item is returnable (see above), please contact us at email(service@lapa.com) and providing the information below:

• Order number

• SKU number or product name

• Reason for return(We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.)

• Please send us a clear picture of the problem, after confirming it is our fault, we will arrange a refund of product price or exchange the item to customers.

2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours. 

3. Please return the item according to our instructions and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.

4. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-LAPA products .

5.Please note that the returned items must be in a brand-new condition, unused, unwashed and put in the original packages with the correct bar-code.

6. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund within 14 days.

*Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Return Shipping Costs:

All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refund:

1. Refund will be transferred to the original account.

2. The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

3. Refund arrival time:

-For credit card refunds, please allow between 7-14 business days for the transaction to process. 

-For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account. 

-For Wallet refunds (store credit), please allow 24 hours for your account to be updated. 

-For some debit and credit card refunds to original payment account cannot be made. In such cases, we will request customers to provide us with a PayPal account in their name to complete refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

Exchange:

1. If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at email(service@lapa.com) and providing the information below: 

• Order number

• SKU number or product name

• Reason for exchange

• Please send us a clear picture of the problem

2. After confirming it is our fault, we will exchange your item(s) for you. The item(s) is free, but the customer need to pay for the shipping fee.

3.If the items are correct without defective, customers will be responsible for paying the exchange shipping fee and then we can arrange an exchange (not include the original shipping fee). The customer should bear the return shipping fee if the original shipping.
