How accurate is your Size Chart?

We never want to send you something that doesn't fit properly but it may be unavoidable because of slight differences in item sizing between manufacturers so we have size chart available on most of our product pages. To find out the size for any item, click on the size chart in its Product Details page.

You can be assured that items are consistent with our size chart with an allowable deviation of only 2 centimeters for our Baby & Toddler products, 4 centimeters for our regular selections for Men and Women, and 5 centimeters for our Maternity/Nursing selections.

For the best fit, we do recommend buyers to not base their choice on the size they normally purchase, but to use a measuring tape and compare your measurements with our size chart. When measuring around your body, such as bust, waist and hips, you want to ensure that it is as horizontal as possible. Ensure that the measuring tool is always close against your body, but don't hold it too tight. The general rule is close but comfortable - not tight and not loose.

You may also measure a similar style of clothing you currently own, that fits you well, and compare which size it corresponds to on our size chart.

Why my Order is taking too long to shipped?

Please note orders will go through two (2) phases before being delivered:

1.Order processing time: It takes within 5-9 days depending on the availability of the items and 13 days at most to ship your order.

How Do I Know If My Order Has Been Shipped?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email indicates your order number and the summary of your order. Kindly type in the correct email address upon placing the order to make sure you will receive the confirmation email.

How to Initiate A Return?

Step 1

It is our mission that you receive items in the correct size and of the best quality. We will put in our best efforts into correcting any issues you may encounter, but we will be needing Photos of the items to verify any claims. With your assistance in completing any required additional steps, we’ll ensure that issues are straightened out to your satisfaction and in the least amount of time possible.

Before you proceed, please take time read through our Refund Policy, for more information on how much you may expect to receive for a return.

Step 2

Kindly contact our Customer Service. Our friendly Customer Service Representatives will respond to your request within 24-48 hours. Depending on the cause of the return, they will provide you with Alternative Solutions that’s catered for the issue. Ensuring that you provide all needed information on your earlier Return Request will go a long way in shortening this step

Step 3

Upon receiving the email, print it and attach/put it inside the package with the item(s) you want to return. Ship the package back to our Warehouse.

*Package your items carefully, with each item in its original perfect condition and all labels attached.

Step 4

After shipping the package, request the "Tracking Number" of the shipment from your Local Post Office. Remember to inform our Customer Service Representative through email, that you've shipped the package, and provide them with the "Tracking Number".

My Order has Missing Items/Parts What should I do?

A. Photos of the whole package bag with the items in.

I ordered a Medium size but why does it fit more like a Small/Large?

You may be experiencing a difference in Size Range. This is when the size, of the item your received, is correct based on the Lapa Tag but fits too big or too small.

There are different factors that may contribute to a difference in fit, ranging from the type of material or fabric the garment is made of to body type and height differences. Like most other manufacturers, we've dealt with this complication through the use of a standardized Size chart based on currently accepted average proportion standards. You can be assured that items are consistent with our size chart with an allowable deviation of only 2 centimeters for our Baby & Toddler products, 4 centimeters for our regular selections for Men and Women, and 5 centimeters for our Maternity/Nursing selections.

How accurate is your Size Chart?

Though we take great care in tagging our products, we also can’t rule out the possibility that we may have made errors in the tagging of a specific product. In such a case, we’ll be happy to correct that for you.

If the Lapa tag, of the item you receive, indicate that you received the correct size but you feel that there may have been errors in its’ tagging, you may check the item’s measurements through these steps:

1. Lay the item on a flat surface, making sure to spread it neatly.

2. Using a measuring tape, cross reference the measurements of the item you received with our size chart, being sure to account for our acceptable error range(±2 cm for Baby & Toddler, ±4 cm for regular selections for Men and Women, and ±5 cm for Maternity/Nursing).

If you don't have a measuring tape on hand, simply use a piece of ribbon or string and line it up against a yardstick.

How long is the Processing Time for Refund?

Please be advised that Refunds will undergo 2 phases of processing before its' successful transfer. The first phase happens in our internal system, while the following phase of processing happens at your Bank.

Depending on their processing time, it can take a few more days for your Bank to complete the refund. Kindly allow 7-15 business days for the 2 phases to conclude, and for the refund to become visible on your financial statement. If it takes longer please contact your bank for assistance.
