Que Tal? (Which translates as "Hello! How are you?") is the official newsletter of the Latin America Parents Association - New York
Deadlines for Que Tal (printed version) submittals are as follows:
- Summer Edition May 15
- Fall Edition October 15
- Spring Edition January 30

Newsletters will be mailed approximately six weeks after deadline.
Submissions, Announcements and Articles:
Please make sure to include the child's name, parent's and siblings' names, country of origin, birthday and/or adoption date. Photos should be clear and mostly of the child's face. Make sure to write the child's name, country of origin, your phone number and other information you wish to include on the back of each photo.
We cannot return photos.
Type Specifications:
All copy should be submitted on a PC or Mac diskette if possible. Do not format
type for boldface, underlines, etc. Simply type into a file, with single carriage
returns only at the end of each paragraph (not at the end of each line). Save as
text only. Include file name, software package and version. When emailing copy,
simply cut/paste the article into the body portion of the message.
